Florence Ayisi Quartey is a seasoned public policy expert and gender advocate with over 20 years of experience in policy planning, monitoring and evaluation, and child rights protection. As Director at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, she plays a critical role in shaping national policies that advance the welfare of children, promote gender equality, and strengthen social protection systems in Ghana.
